Tomorrow’s Engineers Live is a conference and networking event looking at the key challenges of targeting and delivering to diverse groups and ensuring impactful engagement. It will look at how to showcase modern engineering to young people as well as ways to work collaboratively to really make a difference.

Tomorrow’s Engineers Live is for anyone who funds, designs or is involved in direct delivery of engineering outreach programmes and activities and who share our ambition to encourage more young people into engineering careers.

Yes, advance booking is required to secure your place.

Registration will open in early June.
- Why are you limiting the number of registrations per organisation?
Places are limited for Tomorrow’s Engineers Live. We want as many organisations as possible to participate in the event to the learnings can be shared widely.

Piccadilly Circus, Green Park, Charing Cross and Embankment underground stations are a short distance away. The nearest bus stops are at Lower Regent Street and Trafalgar Square.

As we would like to promote this event to non-attendees we will be taking photographs and videos of the event and sessions, by registering for this event you give consent for videos, photographs and recordings to be taken and these will be shared across social media channels and EngineeringUK's websites. Photographs and videos of the event and sessions will be stored by EngineeringUK for up to 5 years after the TE live conference.
Your name, preferred pronouns (if provided) and organisation name will be used on your name badge for the event. This data will be held by EngineeringUK for up 5years after the TE live conference.
All demographic data will be held confidentially in accordance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). At no point will the information you provide be shared in a way that would allow you to be personally identified, but EngineeringUK may share anonymised data publicly, for example as part of research. We collect this data as part of EngineeringUK’s commitment to improving diversity and understand who attends our events and inform planning for future events to ensure that they are accessible. This data will be held by EngineeringUK for up 5 years after the TE live conference.
If you have registered and therefore provided consent, your name and organisation will be listed on the delegate attendee list which will be given to attendees at the conference. This data will be held by EngineeringUK for up 5 years after the TE live conference.
