As we would like to promote this event to non-attendees we will be taking photographs and videos of the event and sessions, by registering for this event you give consent for videos, photographs and recordings to be taken and these will be shared across social media channels and EngineeringUK's websites. Photographs and videos of the event and sessions will be stored by EngineeringUK for up to 5 years after the TE live conference.
Your name, preferred pronouns (if provided) and organisation name will be used on your name badge for the event. This data will be held by EngineeringUK for up 5 years after the TE live conference.
All demographic data will be held confidentially in accordance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Billetto may keep a copy of this data, this will be in line with Billetto's privacy policy and may be subject to international data transfers.
EngineeringUK will at no point share the information you provide in a way that would allow you to be personally identified, but EngineeringUK may share anonymised data publicly, for example as part of research. We collect this data as part of EngineeringUK’s commitment to improving diversity and understand who attends our events and inform planning for future events to ensure that they are accessible. This data will be held by EngineeringUK for up 5 years after the TE live conference.
If you have registered and therefore provided consent, your name and organisation will be listed on the delegate attendee list which will be given to attendees at the conference. This data will be held by EngineeringUK for up 5 years after the TE live conference.
Any dietary information and access requirements will be shared with the conference venue One Great George Street.

Delegates can make refund requests up to and including 28 days before the event (Monday 8 January). Delegates can transfer tickets to another delegate up to and including 10 days before the event (Friday 26 January).
Requests to refund or transfer tickets must be made in writing to [email protected] stating your order ID.
