Careers resources and activities

High quality, inspiring careers information is essential for 11-14 year olds. We’re proud to say we’ve reached over 850,000 young people and 20,000 teachers with our careers literature since April 2015.

A team of careers specialists from EngineeringUK, the Institution of Engineering and Technology, the Institution of Mechanical Engineers, the Institution of Civil Engineers and the Institute of Physics develop our careers resources with input from teachers and young people. They provide clear, consistent guidance for young people and their teachers.

The resources cover university and apprenticeship routes into engineering. They help young people to understand more about the world of engineering, learning about engineers working in real jobs, solving real problems.
