The engineering industry needs more talented people, in fact it needs 182,000 each year. By showcasing the various career opportunities and highlighting the different ways that engineers shape our world, Tomorrow’s Engineers Week aims to get young people of all backgrounds, girls and boys, excited about what engineering has to offer. Inspiring the next generation of engineers will help secure UK engineering’s position as a global leader.
